Prize draw rules

1. This prize draw is available at all New Citroën C5 events (including internet) and via direct marketing, and is open to any UK resident over the age of 18 at entry to the prize draw who holds a full valid and current driving licence.
2. Citroën employees (or members of their families), dealers and their staff, and those engaged in this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Only completed official entry forms will be accepted. Purchase or a test drive are not pre-conditions of entry.
4. The car prize will be awarded to the first valid entrant drawn from all the entries received. The closing date for all entries is 19.01.09.
5. The draw will take place on 23.01.09. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days.
6. The winner's name will be made available to those enclosing a stamped SAE, marked ‘RESULTS' by applying to the draw address.
7. The draw will be independently supervised.
8. The winner's car will be taxed (for 6 months) and ready for the road (other than insurance which will not be provided).
9. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.
11. No correspondence will be entered into other than set out above.
12. The winner will participate in all publicity required by Citroën UK Ltd, to include a presentation of the car.
13. The promoter is Citroën UK Ltd., 221 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4BA.
14. The prize car to be chosen by the winner will be a new Citroën C5 up to the value of a C5 2.0HDi Exclusive saloon in the colour of the winner's choice.
